They hold final decision-making power over leadership appointments, policy approval, alliances, and major initiatives, and may override any division or officer ruling when the stability, values, or future of CentoriCore are at stake.

The COO oversees day-to-day operations across all divisions, ensuring policies, events, and initiatives are executed efficiently and in alignment with the CEO’s vision. They hold authority to coordinate managers, enforce operational standards, resolve inter-division issues, and make binding decisions on logistics, staffing, and execution to maintain stability and performance.

The CFO controls CentoriCore’s financial strategy, assets, and resource allocation, ensuring sustainability and transparency. They have authority over budgets, expenditures, fundraising, and financial approvals, and may approve, deny, or freeze spending to protect the organization’s economic integrity and long-term stability.

The CSO safeguards CentoriCore’s members, assets, and infrastructure by overseeing moderation, enforcement, and risk management. They hold authority to investigate violations, enforce disciplinary actions, coordinate security teams, and enact immediate measures to neutralize threats to community safety and order.

The CCO champions community culture, engagement, and member wellbeing across CentoriCore. They have authority to shape community standards, oversee events and outreach, guide moderators and managers, and implement initiatives or corrective actions to preserve a positive, inclusive, and non-toxic environment.
