The CEO is the "Final Word" with their veto power. The CEO can even veto a unanimous vote. The CEO can issue executive orders with limited power & reach. The CEO can ONLY be removed if he is deemed mentally unfit. The CEO does not have office dissolution power.
The COO is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Core's day-to-day. The COO is assigned the task of creating and enforcing operating standards of the highest levels. The COO will work directly with the Board of Directors and CFO to form an efficient and smooth operating process to maximize profits and sustainability.
The CFO has FULL fiduciary responsibility of the Core's financial assets. Making this job a top-level security job. The CFO is required to follow strict asset handling protocols. The CFO will also be required to pass regular security checks in their handling of "The Assets."
